Refund policy

NBS JEWELRY does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Due to sanitation and the nature of my handmade products returns can not /will not be possible  . Exception: If products arrive defective or incorrect due to the seller and NOT ON BEHALF OF THE POSTAL SERVICE a REPLACEMENT ITEM WILL BE ISSUED. If so, email nbsjewelrystore@gmail.com and include an image of the defective or incorrect product for review.


NBS JEWELRY will not be held responsible if the wrong address or zip code is inputted into the system,please verify your address. All re-shipped items will be charged with an additional re-shipping fee.
