Shipping policy
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, NBS JEWELRY hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. NBS JEWELRY assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders. IF A REEMBUSTMENT CLAIM IS FILED WITH A THIRD PARTY ,BUYER WILL BE HELD TO THE THIRD PARTIES POLICIES INCLUDING RECOUPEMENT PAYMENTS.
NBS JEWELRYwill not be held responsible if the wrong address or zip code is inputted into the system. If possibly NBS JEWELRY will make multiple attempts to correct the error or return the package, but is not held liable for any address or zip code errors resulting in a loss of package or returns.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and its missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered
to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at
